Self Myofascial Release Treatment Using an Inflatable 4" Ball

Myofascial Release is not only an awesome and highly effective treatment technique to receive during a therapy session, it can be used at home and this is what makes it stand out from the crowd. Self Myofascial Release techniques using a small inflatable ball feels good, can reduce your pain and symptoms as well as prevent them in the future.

An inflatable ball is an excellent self treatment tool you can use to release tight muscles and fascia. It is especially easy to use on your back, hips, front of your shoulders or chest and stomach.

It can also be used to treat your arms and legs, but it may be necessary to modify your position, use your opposite hand to hold the ball or pillows as bolsters as the ball has a tenancy to roll out from underneath you.
